As a Insurance F&A Solutioning Leader, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' business needs and leveraging our suite of services, products, and solutions to provide tailored and integrated solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales, account management, digital solutions, operations & transitions, and data and analytics teams to build seamless narrative to outlay EXL’s capabilities and solutions in response to client business problems. You will also proactively support sole sourced opportunities with our growth leaders, taking our domain specific capabilities to the market.
