JD - **Application Repackaging:** Create, customize, and maintain high-quality installation packages (MSI, MSIX, App-V, or EXE) for a diverse range of enterprise applications. - **Deep-Dive Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve complex installation failures, registry conflicts, and runtime errors using tools like **Process Monitor (ProcMon)** and **Event Viewer**. - **SCCM** **Integration:** Handle the full integration of packages into **MECM/SCCM**, including creating Applications/Packages, defining Deployment Types, and managing Distribution Points. - **Automation & Scripting:** Leverage **PowerShell** and the **PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT)** to standardize complex installations and automate repetitive deployment tasks. - **Deployment Management:** Orchestrate software rollouts to targeted collections, manage maintenance windows, and monitor deployment compliance/success rates. - **UAT & Documentation:** Collaborate with stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintain detailed technical documentation for every package produced. **Technical Skills & Qualifications** - **Primary Expertise:** 6-8 years of hands-on experience in **Application Repackaging** and conflict resolution. - **Tooling:** Proficiency with packaging suites (e.g., **AdminStudio**, **Advanced Installer**, or **Master Packager**). - **Scripting:** Advanced knowledge of **PowerShell**. Specifically, a proven track record using **PSADT** to handle UI interactions and complex logic during installs. - **Infrastructure:** Strong experience with **Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)**, including collection management and reporting. - **OS Internals:** Deep understanding of the Windows Registry, File System, and Windows Installer (MSI) technology. - **Nice-to-Haves:** Experience with **Microsoft Intune**, Autopilot, or patch management
