Job description

- Hands on working experience of End User Computing/Desktop Support (Windows & MAC ) SCCM, Basic Understanding of Windows Server Environment. - Good Understanding of ITSM process - Responsible for leading the technical team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables per ITIL (incidents, SR, CR etc.) - Escalation for End user computing issues and complains received from business users. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders by having periodic reviews of overall end user computing service delivery. - Effort analysis, work allocation, resource planning and optimization. - Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports (internal and to client) Infra Implementation and Rollout - MECM + Trellix ePO + Intel EMA **Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
