SCCM (Configuration Manager) Administration & Endpoint Management, Upgrades and troubleshooting 2. SCOM Monitoring, Alert Management & Troubleshooting , upgrades 3. Microsoft Intune Device & Application Management 4. Windows 10/11 Administration & Patch Management 5. Software Deployment, OS Deployment & Inventory Management 6. Incident, Change & Service Request Management **Good-to-Have** **1.** **Azure AD (Entra ID), MFA & Conditional Access** **2.** **Microsoft Defender for Endpoint** **3.** **PowerShell Scripting & Automation** **4.** **Co-Management (SCCM + Intune)** **5.** **Autopilot Deployment & Device Provisioning** **6.** **Basic Knowledge of O365 Administration**
