Role\\*\\* Scitara LIMS Support Analyst Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\* -Experience with **Scitara** **Digital Lab Exchange (DLX)** platform. -Strong understanding of laboratory informatics ecosystems. -Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, CDS, and laboratory instrument integration. -Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, XML, and middleware technologies. -Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills. -Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments. -Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. Desired Experience Range\\*\\* 4-6 years **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally it should not be more than 3-5)** -Experience with LabVantage, STARLIMS, Watson LIMS, LabWare, SampleManager, or other LIMS platforms. -Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). -Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. **Good-to-Have** Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-call support models when required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment. Strong documentation and problem-solving capabilities. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** -Provide L2/L3 support for Scitara Digital Lab Exchange (DLX) platform. -Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and integration issues. -Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement  corrective/preventive actions. -Manage service requests, incidents, problems, and change management activities. -Ensure platform availability and performance in line with agreed SLAs. -Support integrations between LIMS, ELN, CDS, MES, ERP, and laboratory instruments. -Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot data exchange workflows within Scitara DLX. -Validate interface connectivity and ensure seamless data flow between systems. -Collaborate with vendors and technical teams during integration deployments and upgrades.
