Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: • Improve reliability, quality, and delivery of our suite of software solutions. • Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Interface with business teams and drive all SCM activities across LSG. • Responsible for software configuration management across portfolio. • Responsible to keep development pipeline operational and traceable following security best practices and adopting to corporate security guidelines • Create sustainable systems and services through automation. • Responsible for creating installations and packages using InstallShield, Install Anywhere, WIX, Ezypack, etc for Life Sciences Group software products. Candidate Requirement: Bachelor's in engineering/Computer Science or master's degree or equivalent with 6+ years of Experience. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Excellent oral and written communication skills to present technical information to both business and technology teams with clarity and precision. • Work with global teams on product releases and adhere to the enterprise release process. • A mindset of continuous improvement in process with security best practices and cost-effectiveness. • Experience in working with geographically distributed teams • 5+ years Experience in InstallShield\InstallAnywhere\WiX or any other packaging tool • Experience in Jenkins, GIT, Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) • Experience in build tools like ANT\Maven etc. • Experience in working on Windows, Linux, Mac OS • Experience in managing Jenkins for development teams • Shell scripting, Batch scripting, c\c++  • Working experience with Windows, Linux and Mac OS Preferred Skills and Experience: • Experience in working with AWS Management console and understanding of basic services like storage and compute. • Experience rolling out application to Apple ecosystem
