**Role & responsibilities** Incoming inspection of press, tubular and welded parts and sheet metal parts and different coating process. Have knowledge of process improvement techniques including, Kaizen & Poka-Yoke and 7'QC tools. Review shortages of B.O.P. Parts as per production plan for next two days Morning meeting with Plant Head E-mail checking & daily documentation Logistic Plan for next day incoming Consignment & Vehicle unloading plan and confirm to Store deptt. Root cause analysis and why-why analysis and action implemenations at Supplier end. SAP activity including GRN,Challan Reconcile.sub-con challan,challan create, trip details create etc. Preparation list of Moving, Non-moving, Slow moving & over stock items and action plan. Reconciliation of Account statements of vendors and over due payment follow up with finance department and RGP /NRGP Status 3 'S' activity and rejection return to vendors. Rejected Assembly verify if reworkable ,then call to supplier to rework otherwise debit on Vendor Safety Compliance Adherence. **Preferred candidate profile** Same Industry Candidate.
