**SCM Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager** **Industry:** Sheet Metal / Automotive Manufacturing **Experience:** 5 to 12 years **Qualification:** Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain / Operations Management **Strategic Objectives & Key Result Areas** **Supply Chain Management** - Ensure smooth flow of **materials and components** for sheet metal production. - Manage **vendor development, sourcing, and procurement** activities. - Monitor **inventory levels** and ensure timely availability of raw materials. - Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for seamless operations. **System & Compliance** - Ensure **ontime calibration** of inspection instruments as per plan. - Support **validation of panel checkers** and gauges. - Drive compliance with **IATF 16949 and ISO standards** in SCM processes. - Prepare MIS reports for management review. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan and execute **material requirement planning (MRP)**. - Negotiate with suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery terms. - Track and optimize **supply chain KPIs** (lead time, cost, inventory turnover). - Support **new product development (NPD)** by aligning supply chain readiness. - Implement **lean practices** and costsaving initiatives in SCM. **Skills Required** - Strong knowledge of **sheet metal industry supply chain**. - Proficiency in **ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar)**. - Good analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Familiarity with **quality systems (IATF, ISO)**. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Detailoriented with strong planning ability. - Excellent communication and crossfunctional coordination skills. - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
