**Must Have Technical/Functional Skills** SCM, Supply Chain, SAP Logistics, Labelling tools **Roles & Responsibilities** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Supply Chain Management (SCM) / Packaging Subject Matter Expert (SME)** with strong expertise in **labeling tools and SAP Logistics**. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in packaging operations, label generation/printing, and integration with SAP systems, enabling efficient and compliant supply chain processes. . **Key Responsibilities** - Act as an SME for **SCM and Packaging processes**, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements - Design, implement, and support **labeling solutions** (e.g., BarTender, NiceLabel, Loftware) - Work closely with **SAP Logistics (MM, SD, WM/EWM)** modules for packaging and labeling integration - Configure and manage **label printing processes**, including barcode standards and compliance - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable packaging and labeling solutions - Support **end-to-end supply chain processes**, including packaging, serialization, and distribution - Troubleshoot issues related to SAP logistics and labeling systems - Ensure adherence to **regulatory and compliance requirements** (e.g., GS1, UDI, industry standards) - Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities - Document business processes, SOPs, and technical specifications - Provide user training and post-implementation support **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Strong experience in **SCM / Packaging domain** - Hands-on expertise with **labeling tools** (BarTender, NiceLabel, Loftware, or similar) - Experience working with **SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM)** - Knowledge of **label printing processes, barcode standards, and packaging workflows** - Understanding of **supply chain operations and inventory management** - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Experience in system integrations between SAP and labeling tools **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **serialization and track & trace systems** - Knowledge of **GS1 standards, UDI requirements, or regulatory compliance frameworks** - Familiarity with **SAP integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, APIs)** - Exposure to **warehouse automation systems** - Certification in SAP or labeling tools (preferred) - Background in industries such as **Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail**
