**Job Description** 1. Project Management - a. Managing the planning, execution, and delivery of the projects. - b. Developing and managing the activity wise Gantt, timelines, and resources. - c. Breaking down the project into short stories (or sub-activities) and tracking delivery of the incremental values, ensuring the convergence of the short stories to the bigger frame. - d. Looping in decision makers whenever a timeline is at risk and/or decommitted - 2. System Integration - a. Driving the integration between Zumen, SAP, Windchill, ASI and any other tool for integration - b. Understanding the relationship between the tools to be integrated and developing the activity list for integration - c. Monitoring the consolidated list of dependencies with individual systems and tracking it for closure as per timeline - 3. Risk Management - a. Identification of the risks - strategic and operational - b. Developing and managing the risk register with the risk mitigation plan - c. Tracking the actions against the risk mitigation plan for timely closure
