This role is responsible for managing end-to-end shipment operations, from booking and planning through shipment execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The individual acts as the key point of contact for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders while handling shipping documentation, live shipment bookings, exception management, and shipment tracking. The role also supports billing activities, process improvements, training and capability-building initiatives, and requires strong knowledge of supply chain operations, FCL/LCL shipments, TAT management, and performance metrics such as GOI and KPIs. Purpose of the role This role is responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations after booking, including shipment handling, documentation, system updates, and booking support. It involves working closely with Customer Service and FinOps teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution, handle queries, and resolve issues. The person is expected to proactively manage exceptions, maintain accurate data, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the shipment lifecycle. You will be Responsible for: • Managing end-to-end shipment bookings, planning, and execution for live shipments. • Coordinating with customers, carriers, co-loaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. • Preparing, validating, and maintaining shipping documentation (B/L, SWB, SI, etc.). • Monitoring shipment progress and ensuring adherence to TATs, schedules, and cut-off timelines. • Handling FCL and LCL shipments, including exception management and issue resolution. • Maintaining shipment trackers and providing accurate visibility and status updates. • Supporting billing activities, invoice dispatch, and dispute resolution. • Conducting onboarding, training, and process alignment sessions for customers and vendors. • Driving operational excellence through process improvements and stakeholder collaboration. • Applying end-to-end supply chain knowledge while monitoring performance metrics such as GOI and KPIs. Qualifications Graduate of any bachelor's degree. Fluent in English with good communication skills.
