Role: SCOM SME Exp: 5-10 years exp required Location: Noida/Bangalore **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\*\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** **1.SCOM MP Authoring** **2.PowerShell,VB and Shell Scripting knowledge** **3.T-SQL Knowledge** **4.Experience in managing SCOM 2007/2012/2016 environments** **Good-to-Have** **1.Knowledge in different connectors used in SCOM** **2.Knowledge in Interlink products like BES,ASI,SCM...** **3.Knowledge in Unix, Linux Server OS** **4.Knowledge in APM monitoring** **5.Knowledge in SNMP Trap based monitoring** **SN** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** **1** **Assignment to corporate projects responsible for analysis of the nature of the project, assist in designing and delivering required monitoring solutions.** **2** **Regularly analyze existing monitoring solutions and suggest any recommended changes as per the industry best practices.** **3** **Identify gaps/issues with existing processes and suggest areas of improvement.** **4** **Expert knowledge in designing, implementing, and providing support to Critical Projects through Management Pack (MP) design, build and test.** **5** **Create/update documentation as required.**
