Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master and project lead in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts within the team. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with project management and tracking tools.
