**Experience:** 6-10 Years **Location: Chennai** **Notice Period:** Immediate / 30 Days **Your work profile** - As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), development teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery and drive enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives. **Key skills required:** - 8+ years of overall experience in Agile environments - Proven experience working as a SAFe Scrum Master - Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks - Prior experience in technical roles such as software development or DevOps preferred - Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous **Experience:** - 6-10 **Languages:** - Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation. **Technologies:** - Strong understanding of SAFe framework and Agile principles - Hands-on experience with Scrum and scaled Agile delivery - Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence - Knowledge of SDLC and technical project management - Agile coaching and stakeholder management skills - Experience in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions - Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities - Understanding of ETL, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting fundamentals **Education.** - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. **Location and Way of Working:** - Base location: Chennai and hybrid
