In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members on best practices, and leverage modern tools, including AI, to optimize delivery and drive continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** - Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews - Coach cross-functional software teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP practices - Build and maintain delivery dashboards using Agile metrics to track team performance - Leverage AI tools and LLM-based productivity solutions to enhance team workflows - Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus - Align team objectives with PI Objectives and OKR frameworks - Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize work effectively - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability - Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams using SAFe principles - Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset and methodologies **Requirements** - 10+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional software teams - Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certification - SAFe certification: SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) minimum; SA or SASM preferred - Showcase of hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context - Expertise in Agile metrics and building delivery dashboards - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools - Skills in facilitation, communication, and coaching - Background in Kanban, Lean, or XP practices - Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM-based productivity tools - Knowledge of OKR frameworks and how they align to PI Objectives - Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher) **Nice to have** - Background in software development or QA with empathy for technical teams **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
