Job Title: Scrum Master/Agile Coach Designation: Process Lead Location: Bangalore\\_WTC 4 **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II knowledge and will be responsible for guiding teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can facilitate collaboration and drive the Agile transformation within the organization. **Responsibilities** - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team collaboration. - Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of self-organization and accountability. - Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog. - Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. - Support the organization in its Agile transformation journey by providing training and guidance on Agile methodologies. - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and quality of deliverables. - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and drive consistency across teams. - Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Utilize metrics and data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong knowledge of Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II principles and practices. - Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster team collaboration. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies and practices. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. - Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). - Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies. - Experience in leading Agile transformation initiatives within an organization. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II certification is mandatory. - Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
