**Job Title :** Scrum Master **Relevant Experience** : 10 to 15 years **Work Location** : Pune, India **Must to have skills** :- - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects. - Project is largely waterfall model and needs experience in MS Project tracking - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and best practices. - Experience in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts within the team. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-location coordination skills. - Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). - Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar industrial automation domains. - Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps concepts. - Strong focus on metrics driven delivery (velocity, burndown, defect density, etc.). - Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment. **Good to have skills :-** - Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related industries. - Exposure to MES platforms such as Critical Manufacturing, GE Proficy, or custom MES solutions. - Knowledge of COTS MES customization and deployment. - Familiarity with technologies such as Angular, React, Node.js, C++, .NET, Oracle, Jenkins, Docker, and Linux. - Experience with GenAI tools for SDLC acceleration (code review, test script generation, etc.). - SAFe Agile, Professional Scrum Master, or similar advanced Agile certifications. - Experience working with distributed teams (onsite-offshore model). **Experience Required :-** - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager. - Demonstrated track record of leading Agile teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. - Experience in MES or manufacturing automation projects is highly desirable. - Prior experience in global delivery models (collaborating across US and India locations) is a plus. **Roles & Responsibilities :-** - Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. - Collaborate with Product Owner, Solution Architect, and development teams to ensure clear backlog and sprint goals. - Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, defect density, sprint completion, backlog health, etc.). - Proactively identify and remove impediments to team progress. - Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Ensure effective communication and alignment between onsite (Santa Clara) and offshore (Bangalore) teams. - Support knowledge transfer, onboarding, and ramp-up activities. - Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams for seamless delivery. - Ensure compliance with APGs architecture, security, and quality standards. - Drive risk identification, mitigation, and escalation as needed. - Promote the use of GenAI and automation tools to improve productivity and quality. - Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements, user stories, and deliverables. **Generic Managerial Skills :-** - Strong leadership and team-building abilities. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to mentor and coach team members on Agile practices. - Adaptability to change project requirements and business priorities. - Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team. **Education :-** Bachelors degree in engineering or information technology or a related field.
