**Scrum Master** We are looking for a **Certified Scrum Master** to facilitate Agile practices, guide Scrum teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and leading teams toward continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices. - Remove impediments and help teams achieve sprint goals. - Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders. - Track and report project progress, risks, and team performance. - Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption across the organization. **Required Skills:** - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally. - Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. - Knowledge of Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog management. **Certifications:** - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Scrum certification. **Experience:** 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project environments preferred.
