SDET Automation Test Engineer

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium WebDriver for web applications (banking domain). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans, cases, and scripts. - Develop performance testing frameworks to measure application scalability and reliability. - Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues to stakeholders. **Job Requirements :** - 5-8 years of experience in Automation Testing with expertise in Selenium WebDriver. - Strong understanding of CICD methodology (Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment) principles. - Experience in framework development for automation testing is an added advantage. - Proficiency in Python programming language. **Key Discussion Points** \\* Python experience of around 2–3 years is acceptable if fundamentals are strong. \\* Python + Selenium is sufficient. \\* Existing automation scripts are already written in Python. \\* Basic Object-Oriented Programming knowledge is beneficial. \\* Strong Manual Testing skills remain the priority. **Candidates should:** \\* Be strong enough in automation to clear KARAT interview (coding round). \\* Also possess Manual Testing knowledge. \\* Have basic Performance Testing exposure.
