SDET Automation test engineer

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Automation Test Engineer** with strong expertise in **Java, Selenium, API testing, and SQL**. The candidate must have hands-on experience in **designing and building automation frameworks** and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain **end-to-end automation frameworks** using Java and Selenium - Develop and execute **automation scripts** for UI and API testing - Perform **API testing** using Rest Assured and ReadyAPI - Write and execute **complex SQL queries** for backend and data validation - Integrate automation frameworks with **Jenkins CI/CD pipelines** - Implement and maintain **BDD frameworks** using Cucumber and Gherkin - Collaborate with QA, Dev, and DevOps teams in an **Agile/Scrum** environment - Analyze test results, log defects, and ensure quality benchmarks **Mandatory Skills** - **6+ years** of hands-on experience in **Automation Testing** - Strong experience in **Java Selenium Automation** - **Excellent knowledge of SQL** for data validation and backend testing - Strong understanding of **Core Java concepts** - Handson experience with **TestNG**, **BDD (Cucumber)**, and **Gherkin** - Strong experience in **API Testing** using **Rest Assured / ReadyAPI** - Proven experience in **Automation Framework design & development** We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Automation Test Engineer** with strong expertise in **Java, Selenium, API testing, and SQL**.
