**About Plum** Plum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform focused on making health insurance simple, accessible and inclusive for modern organizations. Healthcare in India is seeing a phenomenal shift with inflation in healthcare costs 3x that of general inflation. A majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own; and so as many as 600mn Indians will likely have to depend on employer-sponsored insurance. Plum is on a mission to provide the highest quality insurance and healthcare to 10 million lives by FY2030, through companies that care. Plum is backed by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks that guarantee the quality of our web, mobile, and API applications. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and build test strategies that reflect our commitment to delivering a world-class product. - Identify, report, and track defects to resolution, ensuring that our platform is bug-free and performs seamlessly for all users. - Actively participate in code reviews and quality checks, helping to maintain our high standards and support the development of the team. - Champion continuous integration and automation testing as integral parts of the development process. - Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. - Contribute to performance and load testing to ensure system stability at scale as we continue to grow and serve more users. **Experience and Qualifications:** - 5-10 years in software testing, development, or automation with a track record of building scalable test frameworks. - Proficiency in Java, with experience using testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, and RestAssured. - Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs. - Hands-on experience with continuous integration pipelines and testing strategies that ensure seamless deployments. - Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving system issues. - A team player with strong communication skills, who thrives in an Agile, cross-functional environment. - A passion for delivering high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - A background in healthcare or insurance technology is a plus.
