**Title:** SDM (Service Delivery Manager) **Experience: 15- 20 yrs** **Location: Hyderabad** **Mode of interview: Virtual Interview** The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high-quality support, customer satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.
