Provide support for Subsurface & Wells portfolio applications with O&G domain knowledge Provide application support, collaborate with all stakeholders in Subsurface & Wells portfolio Job Role/ future duties and responsibilities Technical Skills: . Basic knowledge on RT data handling - WITS and WITSML . Networking concepts . Basic knowledge on Realtime Drilling aggregation, visualization, and troubleshooting . Working experience in Realtime data visualization tool . Replicating, Investigating, Troubleshooting & analysis of issues reported on applications Domain Skills: . Serve as an expert on Realtime drilling data management Interpersonal Skills: . Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications . Service improvement suggestions and upscaling the team . Customer handling experience . Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA's and OLA's .
