Roles Responsibilities • Design development of seating system. • Design evaluation of seat components integration in vehicle environment as per program schedule quality targets. • Cost weight monitoring at part sub-system level. • Testing of seating seat belt systems, regulation know-how. • Countermeasure planning, as necessary, based on design / quality reviews, line feedback testing. Technical/Functional Competencies • Experience of design / development in at least one domain areas in any of the following: • Plastic / Sheet Metal / PU Pad / Seat Fabrics • Seat Mechanism • Seat / Seat Belt Testing • Seat Belt / Side Airbag • Understanding of GDT, BOM, manufacturing processes costing function • Unigraphics / CATIA (Preference will be given to Unigraphics) • Effective communication analytical skills • Team player • Flexibility adaptability • Excellent interpersonal skills Education B.E / B.TECH Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
