**Key Responsibilities** - Provide administrative and secretarial support to the department leadership and team. - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. - Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. - Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner. - Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and expense documentation when required. - Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other business documents. - Organize and maintain records, files, and confidential documents. - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Track departmental activities, deadlines, and follow up on pending tasks. - Assist in organizing meetings, events, and team engagement activities. - Support basic administrative tasks, including vendor coordination, office supplies, and documentation. - Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - **23 years of experience** as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach. - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. **Experience & Background** - **2–3 years of experience** in a Secretarial or Administrative Assistant role. - Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, and documentation. - Exposure to working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders is preferred
