Job description

Candidates are required to understand Securities and Investment Banking profile, • Experience in Securities Operations, KYC, Client Account opening, maintenance ( Name change, Address change, PII Info) anything within securities industry or in Investment Banking will be an added advantage. • Maintain accurate record & documentation (accepts/rejects) of client onboarding activities or/and new/existing brokerage accounts. • Verify client information and documentation during the onboarding process • Act as primary point of contact for operational delivery, escalations, and stakeholder coordination. • Provide support to team and contribute to the process improvement initiatives • Work closely with the internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of business. • Any prior experience of efficiency in line with Automation or any other tools. • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. • Well versed with creating process documentation. • Have knowledge about KRI/KPI, metrics related to the process. • Good problem solving and analytical skills and numerical skills. **Required Qualifications** Desired experience 4-6 plus years of experience. **Desired Qualifications.** Experience in Account opening and Account maintenance, Account services. Knowledge on Wealth Management & advisory services. **Key Skills & Competencies.** Securities operations and service delivery Risk management and operational controls Client and stakeholder management ,Client facing ,advisor/client experience. Added advantage if - Tachyon, Alteryx, Co-pilot, Xceptor, OCR etc.,
