The role involves leading QA initiatives for customer data platforms, validating customer data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy across integrated systems, and delivering high-quality solutions for marketing, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.** **Key Skills Required** - **Strong experience in Twilio Segment / Segment CDP** **• Experience in QA Lead / Test Lead roles** **• Strong expertise in Data Testing and Data Validation** **• Hands-on experience in API Testing** **• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis** **• Experience in Integration Testing** **• Experience validating customer data pipelines and event tracking** **• Knowledge of ETL Testing concepts** **• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)** **• Experience with tools such as Postman** **• Strong understanding of test planning, test strategy, and defect management** **• Experience working with analytics and marketing platforms is an added advantage** **Must-Have Skills: Twilio Segment, QA Lead, Data Testing, API Testing, SQL.**
