At the heart of our business. **Your Role And Responsibilities** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Selection Specalist (Recruiter) with experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selection, and onboarding. - Source candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update ATS/HR systems - Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. - Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Support bulk/volume hiring when required **Preferred Education** Master's Degree **Required Technical And Professional Expertise** - 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment - Proven understanding of technical skill, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tools. - Familiarity with & Utilization of ATS applications - Proven communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Basic understanding of HR practices, hiring metrics, and market trends. - Proficiency in MS Office **Preferred Technical And Professional Experience** - Cross skill sourcing Knowledge - Exposure in Bulk hiring, virtual Interview drive, and event-based hiring is a plus.
