Selenium Automation Engineer

Job description

Role: Selenium Automation Engineer Location - Hyderabad and Bengaluru Exp Range- 5 to 10 years **5+ years** of experience in Automation Testing. Minimum **3 years of hands-on Selenium automation** work. **Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience with **Selenium WebDriver**. - Proficiency in at least one programming language: - **Java** (most common) - **Python** - **C#** - **JavaScript** - Experience with test frameworks: - TestNG, JUnit (for Java) - PyTest, unittest (for Python) - NUnit, MSTest (for C#) - Jest, Mocha (for JS-based automation) - Hands-on experience with: - Maven / Gradle / npm - Git / GitHub / Bitbucket / Azure Repos - Locators (XPath, CSS selectors) - Good understanding of: - Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM) - REST API testing basics (Postman, RestAssured, Karate) - Experience with: - BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow) - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo) - Parallel execution & grid setup (Selenium Grid, BrowserStack, LambdaTest) - API automation using RestAssured, Postman, or similar tools - Knowledge of Docker and containerized test execution environments. - ISTQB Certification or equivalent QA certifications.
