We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! **Job Description** We are seeking an AI-First Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Search & App platforms (Google, Bing, ASA, UAC etc.). The role combines high-level critical thinking with autonomous tools powered by artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will move beyond manual campaign management to focus on creative strategy, advanced AI prompting, and data analysis to drive maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Hands-on search buying role on Adobe’s in-house paid search team. The ideal candidate is an experienced search professional with 10+ years of buying, campaign management, and optimization experience in Search platforms (Google, Bing) as a mandatory requirement. Proven expertise in Google Campaigns is essential. Additionally, experience in buying and campaign execution across UAC & ASA is strongly preferred. The candidate should be able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across these platforms. The ideal candidate understands search buying concepts, guidelines, and optimization strategies well. They can advise on campaign setup and creative direction for each platform’s strengths. Enjoys building cross-functional relationships and can collaborate effectively with internal team members and external partners to deliver on marketing objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Complete search campaigns, ensuring campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and reported on successfully and within specified scope - Launch and QA campaigns with defined campaign parameters (budget, timing, objective, goals, audience targeting) - Monitor campaign performance across multiple search platforms on an ongoing basis, and drive insights and optimizations to drive higher ROAS - Analyze campaign build and management workflows and find ways to automate, to drive faster time to activation - Set and manage timing and deliverable expectations with campaign collaborators and ensure key deadlines are met **Skills and Qualifications:** - Hands-on experience in multiple search platforms including Google, Bing, ASA and UAC. - Expert buying and optimizing experience in Google - Experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, or Kochava. - Knowledge of SKAdNetwork (SKAN), AdAttributionKit, and App Tracking Transparency (ATT). - Understanding App Store Optimization (ASO) guidelines. - Experience with Apple Custom Product Pages (CPP) and Product Page Optimization (PPO). - Knowledge of Google Play Store Listing Experiments and conversion optimization. - Strong hold on Marketing fundamentals to help client drive maximum out of their digital Ad spends - Hands-on expertise in managing high-value campaigns across Google & Apple advertising platforms - Experience managing end-to-end search planning and buying workflows from discovery phase through post-mortem reporting - Solid comprehension of search buying optimization concepts and ability to communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences - Ability to analyze and draw meaningful and actionable insights from data - Excellent time management and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills **Experience:** - 10+ years of hands-on, in-platform search buying at an agency, media trading desk, or media vendor required. - 7+ years of managing Google campaigns from planning or buying workflows - Working proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) - Experience optimizing media toward multi-touch attribution data preferred - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience **Equal opportunity** We encourage candidates from all backgrounds.
