Key Responsibilities - Counsel prospective learners regarding executive education programs. - Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions. - Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable programs. - Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records. - Achieve admission and revenue targets while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
