**Fidelity in hiring AI Engineer (Senior AI Platform Engineer - GenAI, RAG & Agentic AI) within our Enterprise AI Platform team.** **This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of AI engineering, platform architecture, governance and enterprise-scale delivery.** **What you'll do** - Shape and build core capabilities of Fidelity's Enterprise AI Platform. - Define architecture patterns for GenAI, RAG and Agent-based solutions. - Enable engineering teams to leverage enterprise AI services securely and at scale. - Drive adoption of technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs and vector databases. - Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, security, risk and governance stakeholders. - Establish reusable frameworks, APIs, SDKs and best practices for AI development across the organization. **We're looking for professionals with experience in** - Generative AI / Large Language Models - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) - LangChain and/or LangGraph - Python development - AI platform engineering - APIs and reusable frameworks - Vector databases and retrieval systems - Enterprise architecture and solution design - AI governance, guardrails, security and compliance - Cloud-native technologies and containerized environments What makes this opportunity unique Rather than building a single AI application, you'll help define and scale the enterprise AI capabilities that enable multiple teams across Fidelity to adopt AI securely, responsibly and effectively.
