We expect to grow sizably in the coming 3-5 years, adding various dimensions to our business and multiplying and increasing the current team size multi-fold **Position:** Senior Analyst **Location:** Makarba **Experience:** 2+ years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Role & responsibilities** - To support in handling administrative activities of office, like rental payments follow ups, vendor payments, housekeeping supervision, hotels & car bookings etc. - Sales related back-office support like group companys documentation handling, coordination with channel partners for stocks reports etc. - We need back office sales support, having good exposure of Microsoft word. - Good understanding of warehouse management, basic understanding of sales process, office administrative work, etc. - Assisting technical team for quality test reports and other activities. - Documentation & MIS for sales-related compliances. - Assisting in daily financial activities like coordination between channel partners & HO team for code confirmations, discounts & credit note transfers, payment updates. - Coordination with channel partners for sharing MIS of Incentives received & adjustment. - Preparation of Inventory reports and other Business MIS / Sales reports on excel - Assisting in any other activities as per requirement
