**Key Skills:** Credit Management, Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Analysis, Dispute Resolution, ERP, Account Reconciliation, Financial Reporting **Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage daily collections and follow up on outstanding customer payments. - Monitor customer account balances and ageing reports. - Investigate and resolve payment disputes and discrepancies. - Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. - Support month-end reporting, reconciliations, and account reviews. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues. - Escalate complex collection issues when required. - Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies. **Experience Required** - 5-8 years of experience in Credit & Collections or Accounts Receivable. - Strong knowledge of Credit Management and Credit Control processes. - Experience managing customer portfolios and collection activities. - Hands-on experience with ERP-based credit and collections processes. - Knowledge of dispute resolution and account reconciliation. - Credit Risk Analysis experience is an added advantage. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Education:** Any Graduation
