Designation : Developer Level :L2 Location : Bangalore Experience : Total Experience: 3–6+ years in Full Stack or Backend Software Development. Language Proficiency: Strong working experience with Go (Golang) for backend services (or solid backend expertise in another language with demonstrated Go capability); strong proficiency in TypeScript or modern JavaScript. API Architecture: Proven track record of designing, building, and consuming scalable REST or gRPC APIs. Database & Cloud: Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and deploying containerized services on cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP). Job Role : Seeking a Full Stack / Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud services and modern web/client interfaces. In this role, you will develop robust backend APIs, integrate distributed cloud databases, and build lightweight client-side components and browser-based tools. You will work across the software development lifecycle, Go services and TypeScript client logic to querying enterprise SQL databases (including distributed relational systems like Cloud Spanner) and deploying containerized microservices to modern serverless environments (Cloud Run). Responsibilities : Backend & API Development: Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-throughput RESTful and/or gRPC APIs using Go (Golang) and/or Python. Frontend & Client Integration: Develop and maintain client-side modules using TypeScript / JavaScript; build or enhance browser-based tools (such as Chrome Extensions) to streamline user workflows. Database Design & Query Optimization: Write efficient, production-grade SQL queries, design schemas, and handle data migrations with a focus on distributed relational databases (Cloud Spanner). Cloud & Serverless Deployment: Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging Cloud Run and container workflows via Artifact Registry. System Reliability & DevOps: Package services with Docker, automate routine deployment workflows with shell scripting (Bash), and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration & Code Quality: Participate in design reviews, maintain code documentation, and write unit and integration tests to ensure enterprise-grade stability and security. Required skills : A. TypeScript / JavaScript & Client-Side Development TypeScript & Modern JS: Strong command of TypeScript (ES6+) and modern JavaScript syntax, asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await), and modular architecture. Browser & Extension Development (Optional / Plus): Familiarity with Chrome Extension architecture (Manifest V3, background service workers, content scripts, extension messaging APIs, storage). UI & Integration: Experience integrating client-side interfaces with backend services via fetch/Axios and managing state cleanly. B. Backend Engineering & API Design Go (Golang): Solid understanding of Go fundamentals, goroutines, channels, standard library (net/http), and popular frameworks/routers (e.g., Gin, Chi, or standard Go idioms). Python (Secondary / Plus): Working knowledge of Python for backend scripting, services, or automation (FastAPI, Flask). API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful API design patterns, JSON data serialization, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), error handling, and API rate limiting. C. Database & Data Layer (SQL & Cloud Spanner) Hands-on SQL: Proficient in relational database design, indexing strategies, ACID transactions, data normalization, and complex joins. Cloud Spanner: Familiarity or hands-on experience working with distributed relational databases, particularly Google Cloud Spanner (schema design, query performance tuning, primary keys, interleaved tables). D. Cloud Infrastructure (GCP) & DevOps GCP Services: Hands-on familiarity with core Google Cloud Platform products, notably Cloud Run (serverless container orchestration) and Artifact Registry (container image management). Containerization: Experience writing optimized Dockerfiles, building multi-stage container images, and debugging container runtimes.
