Senior Analyst - E Commerce

Job description

- Analyze website performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements - Test New functionalities and features introduced on website, identify and report bugs: - Perform Business Acceptance Validation (BAV) testing in QA environment and Live testing in Production environment - Prepare test report with issue description and screenshots for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Submit JIRA tickets for high severity issues and track progress made on the ticket - Coordination with Dev/ IT teams to check if the issue is resolved - Will have to work on JIRA - Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc. **Critical Competencies** - Excellent communication skills - Preferable to have experience in JIRA management - Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, SiteCatalyst - Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis - Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own **Additional Competencies** - Problem-solving & root cause analysis skills - Seamless Cross-team coordination - Attention to detail and accuracy - Functional knowledge on working with MS Excel - Good presentation and research skills **Behavioral Attributes & Other Comments** - Enthusiastic attitude - Quick Learner - Logical Reasoning - Team Player
