Bring your curiosity for learning, bold ideas, courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS. : Senior Analyst - Governance, Risk & Compliance - ZS is looking for a skilled and driven Senior Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance – to join its Governance, Risk, and Compliance team. This is an opportunity for an experienced business continuity and disaster recovery professional to play a meaningful role in strengthening organizational resilience, advancing BCDR programs aligned with standards such as ISO 22301:2019 and NIST SP 800-34, and supporting a prepared and operationally resilient environment across the firm. What you'll do: Senior Governance & Risk Analyst in the Enterprise will… • Support the enhancement and maintenance of the enterprise BCDR framework, governance processes, policies, and program documentation. • Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business processes, dependencies, recovery requirements (RTO/RPO), and disruption impacts. • Perform risk assessments and threat analyses to identify business continuity, technology, operational, cyber, and third-party risks. • Assist in evaluating and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies aligned with organizational resilience objectives. • Support governance activities, resiliency assessments, exception management, policy compliance, and Archer-based risk and control tracking. • Develop, maintain, and periodically review Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and related playbooks. • Coordinate technology disaster recovery planning, recovery documentation, testing activities, and alignment of recovery capabilities with business requirements. • Support crisis management governance by maintaining roles, responsibilities, escalation procedures, and responder readiness programs. • Manage emergency communication processes, contact directories, notification systems, and preparedness guidance for business and office locations. • Deliver business continuity awareness initiatives, training sessions, and learning materials to strengthen organizational resilience. • Plan, coordinate, and support continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including tabletop, simulation, and functional testing, while tracking corrective actions and improvements. • Prepare resilience metrics, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leadership review, compliance requirements, and continuous program improvement.
