Position Summary You will be a Senior Analyst - ICT Analyst in India, helping to design, run and improve technology services that support our global teams. You will work closely with IT peers, business partners and vendors to resolve incidents, deliver changes and improve systems. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Manage and resolve medium to high complexity incidents and service requests, keeping stakeholders informed with clear updates. - Deliver operational changes, including testing, deployment and documentation, while following change control processes. - Monitor system health and performance, identify trends and drive timely corrective actions. - Support application and infrastructure problem investigations, coordinating across teams and external vendors. - Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and user guides to support stable operations and knowledge sharing. - Contribute to automation, process improvement and small projects to reduce manual effort and increase reliability. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT operations, support, or systems administration. - Experience supporting applications, cloud services, or infrastructure in a production environment. - Strong troubleshooting skills across networks, servers, databases or applications. - Comfortable with scripting or automation tools (for example PowerShell, Python, Bash) and familiarity with monitoring tools. - Good English communication skills for collaboration with global teams. This role is on-site with hybrid working flexibility as agreed with the manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in ITIL-based service management or similar operational frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud and related services. - Hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration or CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to enterprise collaboration tools, identity services or security operations. - Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment and coordinating with remote teams. - Certifications such as AWS, Azure, CompTIA, or similar relevant technical credentials. Working pattern This role is based in India with a hybrid working pattern. You will join colleagues on-site regularly and work remotely as agreed with your manager.
