They require intentional focus on bringing together a broad set of backgrounds, cultures, experiences, perspectives, and skills in a supportive and inclusive work environment. We hire people with exceptional talent and create an environment in which every individual can thrive professionally and personally. **Job Summary** Bain’s Airlines, Logistics and Transport (ALT) sector is part of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services (AMS) Practice. The Operations Senior Analyst role sits at the intersection of client relationship management, knowledge management, and AI enablement. You will help sector leadership and account teams improve client engagement, strengthen commercial execution, and scale best practices and IP — and you will build and maintain a growing library of AI-powered tools, skills, and automations that case teams can pull off the shelf. Working closely with partners, knowledge management, and product teams globally, your mandate is to take routine analytical and administrative work off case teams’ plates so they can focus on higher-value activities. **Key Responsibilities** **Client and Account Support** - Support the smooth operation of Bain’s CRM tool (“Cortex” on a Salesforce platform) for approximately 30 key accounts, ensuring data integrity and consistent usage. - Monitor client engagement patterns and surface signals that indicate opportunities for timely partner outreach. - Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports (e.g., account status, activity, pipeline signals) to help client heads proactively manage relationships and identify growth opportunities. - Design and maintain a centralized repository (on Bain approved platforms) for pitch materials, proposals, case examples, and templates; ensure content is searchable, appropriately tagged, and version-controlled for reuse. - Partner with Knowledge Management to develop microsites using established frameworks, improving speed and consistency of content access for teams. - Partner with other sector/practice PPK teams to cross-pollinate IP. - Contribute to sector IP development by participating in the creation of new IP as opportunities arise. - Support IP deployment and commercialization by assisting the Regional Sector Leaders with go-to-market planning (timing, channels, and enablement materials). - Maintain and update sector affiliate and expert lists (in coordination with relevant internal teams) to improve access to expertise when needed. **AI Enablement** - Build and maintain a practice-level repository of reusable AI assets — including Claude skills (SKILL.md files), artifacts, prompts, and agent configurations — that case teams can pull off the shelf to accelerate recurring analytical and content tasks. Own the taxonomy, documentation, access, and version control of these assets, and drive adoption through onboarding materials and light coaching of case teams. - Develop purpose-built AI tools that turn sector data sources into fast, case-ready outputs — for example, skills that analyze Cirium Diio schedule data or IATA MarketIS booking data to produce quick market sizing, competitive dynamics, route economics, or network-change analyses on demand for case teams. - Set up and maintain recurring AI-driven insight generation pipelines that combine licensed data subscriptions (e.g., Cirium Diio, IATA MarketIS) with public and scraped sources to produce regular sector pulses, trend updates, and proprietary points of view the practice can push to partners and clients. - Identify routine, repetitive tasks across the practice — administrative, reporting, research, or data-prep — and design AI automations, freeing up time for client-facing and judgment-heavy work. Deploy automations responsibly with appropriate confidentiality, data handling, and access controls. - Catalogue and maintain the sector’s library of hosted proof-of-concept apps built for proposals and pitches — capturing what each app does, the client and proposal context it was built for, where it is hosted, its current status, and the internal owner — so the practice can quickly surface, demo, or repurpose prior POCs in new pitch situations. Coordinate with partners and product teams to retire stale apps and promote proven ones into reusable assets. **Qualifications**
