About the role Working with the UK Government and Public Sector (GPS) team, you'll take responsibility for managing the end-to-end public sector pursuit workflow, including identifying, distributing and tracking opportunities, whilst coordinating with the wider Pursuits team. The role sits at the heart of our UK Public Sector growth strategy, where you'll manage the communication of opportunities to the wider UK business as well as supporting pursuit optimisation processes. This hands-on position will give you the chance to develop your expertise and skills whilst contributing to the UK business to make a tangible difference to public services. You'll be working in a collaborative environment where teams are built on mutual support and shared success, with the opportunity to quickly establish yourself as a trusted partner to technical experts and senior stakeholders alike. What this job involves: Opportunity Management • Monitor procurement portals and contract notification services to identify relevant opportunities for the business to consider. • Support the centralised pursuit inbox, distributing public sector opportunities to the appropriate teams based on set criteria and agreed timelines. • Develop relationships with internal teams to ensure all opportunities are captured and shared effectively with the relevant individuals. • Update the pipeline tracker based on newly identified opportunities and provide regular updates to the GPS team. • Allocate pursuit enquiries and clarifications to the right individuals or teams promptly. • Respond to ad-hoc emails regarding opportunities from internal JLL stakeholders. • Maintain portal access and password trackers, ensuring all login credentials are up to date accessible Pursuit Process Optimisation • Monitor pursuit processes, performance, and client feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities, helping create strategies that support business goals. • Identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiencies within existing processes.   Reporting & Analytics • Deliver comprehensive sales pipeline data and strategic insights to both the GPS and broader Pursuits teams to enhance our professional approach to future prospects, supporting robust forecasting, refined business development strategies, and data-driven decision making. • Deliver weekly opportunity reports to wider pursuit team to ensure all opportunities are appropriately allocated.   Essential Skills for this Role: • Highly organised and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to maintain quality standards whilst managing the volume and complexity of bid activity. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Willingness and desire to develop knowledge of public sector procurement processes and frameworks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal stakeholder interactions professionally. • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative in task ownership and prioritisation.   Sounds like you? • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to produce professional documentation and presentations. • Experience with project management and reporting tools (MS Planner, trackers) preferred. • Competence in maintaining trackers and structured documentation. • Comfort with ambiguity and differing process requirements. • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with pursuit teams and senior stakeholders. • Confidence to be curious and challenge processes constructively and propose more efficient ways of working. • Strong sense of ownership over deliverables and process-related outcomes. • Clear, professional communication with the ability to balance multiple priorities.   Employee specification: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required. • 2-4 years of experience in bid support, project coordination, or business development administration. • Exposure to opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, and
