**TCS is Hiring!** **DLP / EDR -L2** **Walk-In Interview** **Date -20-Jun-2026** **Location-Mumbai** **Required Technical Skill Set** 1. Must have hands-on experience on Netskope 2. Installation, configuration and version upgrades for DLP & EDR tool. 3. Performing BAU Activities for DLP & EDR. 4. Providing RCA for the major incident occurred in customer environment **Desired Experience Range** **4-15years** **Location of Requirement** **Mumbai Goregaon** **Primary Skills** Netskope DLP **Secondary Skills** EDR Crowdstrike **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** 1. Must have hands on experience on EDR in last two years 2. B.Tech with 3-5 years of relevant experience. 3. Crowdstrike & Netskope DLP certified. **Good-to-Have** Good communication skills. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Implement and configure DLP solutions to monitor and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data. - Monitor DLP alerts and incidents to identify potential security threats or policy violations. - Collaborate with client and security teams to assess and enhance DLP policies and rules. - Investigate and respond to DLP incidents, working towards resolution. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to stay updated on emerging DLP technologies and threat landscapes. - In depth knowledge of Crowd Strike EDR and Trend Micro Deep Security. - Certifications on either of tool Crowd Strike or Trend Micro. - Good Experience in DLP / EDR Management. - Detect, Analyze, Investigate and reported the Security incidents and act on the incidents within SLA. - Perform attack surface reviews and multilayer defense systems to prevent exploits, infections and attacks. - Good Understanding about Intrusion activities, Anti Malware solutions. • Work with the application/vendor team in case of any malfunction that arises due to EDR/Anti Malware solutions. - Work with TAC/OEM team for any issues/bug related to the products or work with them for remediation's. - Perform operational support for Crowdstrike EDR/ Trend Micro Deep Security • Will be acting as a Primary escalation point of contact for all critical issues/operational related queries. - Monitor and Log each and every alerts, remediate and track till closure. - •Suggest management about the Vulnerabilities, open risks in the environment and implement changes as and when required. **EDR Management** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - In depth knowledge of Ms Defender, EDR and Trend Micro XDR. - Certifications on either of tools Ms Defender, & Trend Micro. - Good Experience in AV / EDR Management. - Detect, Analyze, Investigate and report the Security incidents and act on the incidents within SLA. - Perform attack surface reviews and multilayer defense systems to prevent exploits, infections and attacks. - Good Understanding about Intrusion activities, Anti Malware solutions. - Work with the application/vendor team in case of any malfunction that arises due to EDR/Anti Malware solutions. - Work with TAC/OEM team for any issues/bug related to the products or work with them for remediation's. - Perform operational support for Ms Defender EDR/ Trend Micro XDR - Will be acting as a Primary escalation point of contact for all critical issues/operational related queries. - Monitor and Log each and every alerts, remediate and track till closure. - Suggest management about the Vulnerabilities, open risks in the environment and implement changes as and when required. - Must have hands on experience in implementing/managing EDR solution. - Must have hands on experience in implementing/managing Endpoint encryption. **Good-to-Have** - Should have experience in Threat Hunting. - SOC/SIEM Tool management experience is added advantage. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Ensuring Systems of the Customer Continues to Operate Efficiently with no or minimum downtime. - Weekly / Monthly - Reporting Metrics - Good Team Management, Motivation for the Team - Good Customer Management, Good Communication Skills, Good Time Management, Ontime Delivery - Upgrade and maintenance of EDR Security Devices
