Senior Application Engineer -LIMS Support

**Key Skills:** LIMS (Laboratory Information Mangement System), L2/L3 Support Leadership, Application Support Operations, Application Support, Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 support for LIMS/LIS applications in on-premises and Azure Cloud environments. - Monitor application performance and availability; independently troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLAs. - Support end-to-end laboratory workflows including order entry, processing, and result reporting. - Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between lab instruments, middleware, LIS/LIMS, and EHR systems, including HL7 interface data flow. - Handle service tickets, incidents, and service requests; participate in RCA and problem management initiatives and support deployments/upgrades. **Skills Required:** - 5-8 years of experience in application support, preferably in LIS/LIMS environments. - Application support and application support operations with L2/L3 support leadership. - LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) / LIS support experience. - Hands-on troubleshooting of HL7 messaging and interface issues. - Clinical coding standards: LOINC, SNOMED, ICD, and CPT; experience troubleshooting code mapping and data discrepancies. Good to Have: - Change management, problem management, and incident management experience aligned to ITIL processes. **Education:** Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
