Associate Director Marketing Analytics Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director Marketing Analytics to lead the client engagement and the pre-sales of advanced analytics solutions that drive marketing effectiveness, customer growth, and business performance. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing measurement, customer analytics, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams and partnering with senior business leaders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytics expertise, consulting capabilities, and people leadership to help transform data into actionable insights that optimize marketing investments and accelerate business growth. Experience 15+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related domains. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the marketing analytics vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business objectives. Partner with senior marketing, commercial, and business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization through analytics. Lead Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Effectiveness Measurement, Campaign Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Incrementality Testing, and Marketing ROI Assessment. Lead customer segmentation, CLV modeling, retention, acquisition, engagement, and loyalty analytics. Oversee development of predictive, propensity, churn, forecasting, and recommendation models. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and influence strategic decisions through data-driven storytelling. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing analytics teams. Establish analytics best practices, governance standards, and scalable delivery frameworks. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. MBA or Masters degree preferred. Strong expertise in SQL, Python and/or R, Tableau, Power BI, statistical modeling, and marketing analytics methodologies. Deep understanding of Digital Marketing Analytics, Media Analytics, CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, and E-commerce Analytics. Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams and senior stakeholders. Preferred Experience Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams. Prior consulting or Analytics CoE leadership experience. Exposure to industries such as CPG, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, or Telecommunications.
