**About Position:** We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Architect to lead enterprise-wide architecture, cloud transformation, and digital modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining strategic technology roadmaps, designing scalable and secure solutions, and driving architecture governance across complex business programs. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, application modernization, stakeholder management, and emerging technologies including AI and Generative AI. - **Role: Senior Architect** - Develop target-state architecture aligned with business goals, technology strategy, and enterprise roadmaps. - Create architecture blueprints, reference architectures, solution designs, and transformation roadmaps. - Lead application modernization, cloud transformation, and digital engineering initiatives. - Drive architecture consistency and governance across multiple projects and programs. - Assess technology platforms and recommend scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions. - Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and executive stakeholders. - Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions. - Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions. - Present architecture strategies, technology recommendations, and transformation roadmaps to leadership teams. - Build strong relationships with customer technology, business, and executive leadership teams. - Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to engineering, development, and DevOps teams. - Mentor architects, technical leads, and senior engineers. - Review and approve architecture decisions, design artifacts, and engineering approaches. - Establish and promote engineering best practices, design standards, and quality frameworks. - Ensure alignment between architecture strategy and implementation execution. - Define cloud adoption strategies across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform. - Architect cloud-native, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions. - Lead re-platforming, re-hosting, cloud migration, and modernization programs. - Evaluate emerging cloud services and technology platforms. - Ensure architectures meet performance, scalability, resiliency, and availability requirements. - Establish architecture governance frameworks and review processes. - Conduct architecture reviews, compliance assessments, and solution validations. - Define enterprise technology standards, guardrails, and reference architectures. - Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and standards. - Promote security-by-design principles across all architecture initiatives. - Ensure alignment with organizational security standards and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with security teams to perform risk assessments and threat reviews. - Define secure integration, API, identity, and data protection strategies. - Support regulatory and industry compliance programs. - Support project planning, estimation, roadmap creation, and technical execution. - Provide architecture oversight throughout the software development lifecycle. - Resolve complex architecture and technology challenges. - Participate in release planning and production readiness reviews. - Ensure successful transition of solutions into production environments. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends. - Drive innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and technology pilots. - Lead adoption of AI, Generative AI, cloud-native engineering, and automation capabilities. - Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and engineering best practices. - Recommend technology investments to improve business outcomes and engineering productivity. - Support solutioning activities for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations. - Develop architecture approaches, estimates, and delivery strategies. - Collaborate with sales and business teams to support account growth. - Identify digital transformation opportunities and strategic engagements. - Contribute to differentiated technology solutions and business expansion initiatives. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles. - Proven experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise platforms and digital ecosystems. - Strong expertise in architecture frameworks, design patterns, and enterprise integration strategies. - Experience leading architecture transformation and modernization initiatives. - Ability to balance business priorities with technology strategy and architecture governance. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure - Amazon Web Services (AWS) - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture principles. - Experience designing highly available, secure, and scalable systems. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, cloud governance, and platform modernization. - Strong understanding of modern application architectures and enterprise software engineering. - Experience with Microsoft .NET / Azure - Java / Spring Boot - Node.js - React - API-Driven Development -
