Senior Associate - Airport Services Training

**A. Job Summary** - To manage the Training Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate training records, timely certification issuance, and compliance with SOP timelines and regulatory requirements across the network. **B. Key Accountabilities** - Maintain and update training records and centralized training tracker for all stations - Ensure all training data is updated within 7 working days of result receipt - Take complete ownership of training certificate issuance, ensuring completion within 15 working days - Verify and maintain all training documentation including: - Attendance sheets - Assessment records - OJT checklists - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of all training records - Track training validity, expiries, and compliance status across the network - Coordinate with Station Trainers and Zonal SPOCs for timely submission and closure of records - Support monthly training compliance tracking and reporting - Monitor and escalate delays, discrepancies, and non-compliance - Maintain structured documentation for audit and regulatory inspections - Conduct trainings on Passenger Services, DCS, or other topics as required by the team **Key Deliverables (Measurable)** - 100% training records updated within 7-days of training completion - 100% certificates issued within 15-days of training completion - 99.5% data accuracy in training records - Zero major audit findings related to training documentation - 95% training compliance across network **C. Skills/Qualities Required** - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset - Excellent data management and tracking skills (Excel proficiency is a must) - Working knowledge of Training Management Systems / LMS/ AI tools is desirable - Good understanding of training compliance, documentation standards, and audit requirements - Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stations - Ability to manage and work to defined timelines - High level of ownership and accountability - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency on airport systems - GoNow/ Skyspeed - Ability to conduct Passenger Services training **D. Qualification Required** This role ensures discipline, accuracy, and control in training records and certification processes, forming the backbone of training compliance and audit readiness for Airport Services. Eligibility - Graduate (any discipline) - Minimum **24 months of operational experience**
