As a GRC Analyst, you will be a vital member of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team within the Global Information Security group. This outstanding role allows you to make a significant impact on our cybersecurity goals while working closely with diverse teams across the company and engaging with external customers, suppliers, and partners. This position is distinguished by the responsibility of contributing to a security policy program and its related security policy exceptions process. You?ll play a key role in encouraging a security-first culture within our organization, using innovative tools and technologies to protect our global operations. Join us on this exciting journey where your contributions will truly matter! What You'll Do Maintain and continually improve the cybersecurity Policies Program. Handle the lifecycle of policies, security standards, and technical security requirements from document creation to publication. Prepare communication materials for go-to-market efforts. Process and evaluate risk exceptions to Security Policies, Standards, and Technical Security Requirements. Work together with business requestors to make certain identified risks are proactively handled through both mitigation and complete remediation. What We're Looking For 3+ years of consistent track record in the information security field with experience in policy management lifecycle management encompassing creation, communication, and delivery. Experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to build, refine, personalize, and deliver policy updates. Comprehensive and effective communication skills needed to build go-to-market communications as policy documents are published. Teamwork skills and a team-first demeanor in a global environment.
