Job description

1. Work with internal and external stakeholders for Ops, In-stock, MIS, catalogue, content and process streamlining for the CatEx team 2. Work with Program managers in understanding and supporting them on key CatEx charters. 3. Work on SME areas in IDQ defects for the PL to reduce return/rejects and improve customer experience (such as return policy corrections, duplicate removals, IDQ defect reductions).3. Troubleshoot day to day issues of key charters of Salability yield improvements. Working in a dynamic environment, you will learn the key programs that drive CBW and contribute meaningfully to key charters of reducing business waste.
