**Key Skills:** Talent Development, Internal Communication, Talent Management, Workforce planning, Talent Engagement **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and track multiple talent initiatives, including workforce planning and development/engagement efforts, with clear plans, timelines, and deliverables. - Develop and execute communication plans for talent initiatives, including leadership communications such as emails, presentations, and talking points. - Manage and optimize internal communications channels (e.g., intranet, digital signage, internal social) and ensure consistent messaging. - Support change management communications for organizational changes and advise stakeholders on effective communication strategies and tactics. - Collect and synthesize initiative data, create leadership-ready summaries/dashboards, and use insights to refine communication and program execution. **Skills Required:** - 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in internal communications, talent management, HR programs, or organizational development. - Talent Engagement and Internal Communication to drive alignment and improve employee engagement. - Talent Development and Talent Management program coordination, including rollout support and execution tracking. - Workforce planning initiative management with strong organizational and delivery focus. - Ability to prepare leadership-ready content and manage internal communications channels and feedback mechanisms. Good to Have: - Gap Analysis to identify talent/engagement gaps and inform communication and program adjustments. - Employee Engagement experience to design and support engagement activities and forums. - Stakeholder Management experience to influence and align senior leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams. **Education:** B.E. in Computer Science (or equivalent degree
