Location: Gurugram | Jul 22, 2026 - **Job Purpose** He/ She is a suitably qualified and trained Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician (FSMT) capable of executing simulator operation and maintenance related jobs. He/ She reports to the Simulator Shift Lead (Maintenance). - **Key Accountabilities** - Responsible for rectification and follow-up of any related requirements for any open defects. - Carrying out various inspection schedules, checks as per the Maintenance Programme Schedule. - To explain the instructor about the open defects and any MMI if any, before the start of every training session and to take feedback from instructor after every session. - Ensure all the documentation pertaining to the training devices and support infrastructure are up to date and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. - Ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained throughout the training device operation - Carrying out all activities necessary for smooth operation of simulators during his/ her duty time. - Any other jobs assigned by the respective Simulator Maintenance Team Lead/Maintenance Engineering Manager. *Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
