**About the Role**We are hiring a Senior Automation Test Engineer with deep expertise in Playwright to lead test automation for our web applications. The role involves framework ownership, CI/CD integration, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. **Key Expectations** - Design and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks (JavaScript/TypeScript) - Automate functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser test scenarios - Build and integrate API test automation - Embed tests into CI/CD pipelines with reporting and quality gates - Drive test stability, flaky test reduction, and execution optimization - Mentor team members and uphold automation coding standards **Experience:** 8+ years **Mandatory Skills** - Playwright – locators, fixtures, assertions, parallel execution, traces, HTML reports - JavaScript / TypeScript – strong proficiency - Framework design – POM, data-driven, modular/reusable architecture - API testing – request/response validation, integration flows - CI/CD – Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions - Git – branching, PR workflows - Debugging & root-cause analysis **Preferred Skills** - Visual regression / accessibility testing - Docker-based or cloud grid execution - Agile delivery experience **Soft Skills** - Strong communicator, self-driven, quality-focused, collaborative **Location: Pune** If you are interested in the opportunity kindly share your resume to my mail id : tballa@teksystems.com
